Lucrative Compensation— based on annual averages, after a brief training period, our average pay between the stores is:
Drivers— $21.50 - $25.75 per hour before vehicle expenses.
Insiders— All inside staff start between $13.00 and $14.00 per hour, with raises as you improve.
Commissary— $12.50 per hour, moving to $13.50 per hour after a brief training period, with raises as you improve.
$150 recruitment bonus for helping us recruit new staff members to any brand of One World Enterprises. This bonus is paid to both you and your recruitee after their first 8 weeks of work.
Annual anniversary pay for all hourly staff.

Overtime pay (150% of your hourly rate) after only 35 hours per week, compared to 40 hours per week most employers pay.
