Lucrative Compensation

Based on annual averages, after a brief training period, our average pay between the stores is:

  • Drivers— $18.50 - $24.25 per hour before vehicle expenses with opportunities for more during peak service hours.

  • Insiders— All inside staff start between $13.00 and $14.00 per hour, with raises as you improve.

  • Commissary— $12.50 per hour, moving to $13.50 per hour after a brief training period, with raises as you improve.

Management growth opportunities— 3rd, 2nd, and 1st Assistant Manager to General Manager.

Overtime Pay

150% of your hourly rate after only 35 hours per week, compared to 40 hours per week that most employers pay. No other employers in Bloomington offer this OT structure.

Annual Anniversary Pay

All hourly staff, both part-time and full-time, receive annual anniversary pay for each full year you spend with One World Enterprises as a thank you for a year of service.

Recruitment Bonus

Help us recruit new staff members for all One World Enterprises brands— Pizza X, Lennie’s, Hive, One World Catering, or One World Commissary and earn $150.00 for both yourself and your recruitee after their first 8 weeks of work.

Profit-Sharing Opportunities

Our founders consciously choose to share the company’s profits with our hard working staff that make Pizza X possible. We practice open book management in which all staff members are included in making key decisions by attending regular meetings. Profit-sharing opportunities are evaluated every six months.

Staff Discounts

All Pizza X staff receive 50% off food whether you are working or not at any Pizza X location. Additional 10% discounts off food at other One World Enterprises brands at Lennie’s and Hive.

Health Insurance

Company funded health insurance for staff working 30 hours or more per week. Standard and HSA plans with separate vision and dental options available.

Flexible Scheduling

We have employed thousands of high school and college students over the last 40 years. Our general managers will work with you around your class schedules and other obligations. Please note that late-night and weekend hours may be required for some positions. Full-time positions are also available.
