A commissary is like the central nervous system, and a great part of what sets Pizza X apart from others. Our commissary allows us to take two of our core values, “local” and “fresh”, to a new level.

The crew at our local Commissary kitchen is up early each morning to make fresh dough with filtered water and the highest-quality pizza flours. We also mix our fresh sauces including our delectable ranch dressing with real buttermilk (Yes, THAT’S why it tastes so good) and chop our fresh veggies. We don’t use any of that bagged, pre-cut produce that most pizza places use. We simply won’t allow it! And all those leftover veggie trimmings? They go to our composting effort or to feed hungry farm animals.
