To be an employer is both a privilege and a great responsibility. We recently celebrated 39 years as an employer in Bloomington. We're so proud of the literally thousands of staff members who have worked with us over the years. Each one has contributed to making us what we are today, and we take it as a sacred responsibility that we also contribute to the lives of each of our staff members. And in ways well beyond a simple hourly wage.
I frequently get a FB or email message where a former staff member -- still feeling connected to us -- reaches out to say that it was the best job they ever had, or that they learned things at Pizza X (or the other One World Enterprises) that helped them in life. These sorts of messages are the the best thing ever. We take our responsibility as a conscientious local employer seriously, and if you know someone looking for a job they might love, please let them know about us.
